Return Policy

We accept returns for defective products only. Non-defective products, including products ordered by mistake or no longer wanted, are not eligible for return.

Return period

The return window for defective products is 365 calendar days from delivery. Submit your return request within this period and obtain authorization before mailing the product back.

We do not accept exchanges.

LeadTurbo pays the return shipping costs for authorized returns. Refunds are issued within 7 days after approval.

Contact Us Before Returning a Part

Do not send a product back before receiving return authorization from LeadTurbo. Contact sales@leadturbo.ca and include the order or invoice reference, part number, reason for the request and clear photographs of the product and packaging. For an installed or failed component, we may also request installation records, operating details or a failure report.

Condition Review

Both new and used products are eligible for return when a defect is confirmed. Opening the packaging or installing the product does not by itself exclude a defective-product return. We review the defect, use and installation details before authorizing the return.

Return method and label

Authorized returns are sent by mail or courier. LeadTurbo provides a prepaid return shipping label by email for you to download and print, together with the return address and instructions. Attach the label to the parcel and follow those instructions. LeadTurbo pays the return shipping cost.

Shipping Damage

If an order appears damaged in transit, photograph the outer packaging and the affected product immediately. Record visible damage on the delivery receipt when possible, notify the carrier and send the same documentation to LeadTurbo so we can help move the shipping claim forward.

Warranty Claims

The return window above is measured from delivery. The separate warranty period below is measured from shipment; it does not change the 365-day return request window.

The standard warranty period is 12 months from the shipping date unless another arrangement is confirmed in advance. Warranty coverage applies to confirmed defects in materials or workmanship under normal, correct use.

Warranty coverage does not include improper installation, oil starvation, oil contamination, reused damaged hardware, foreign-object damage, overspeed, excessive temperature, operation outside the design limit or normal wear of consumable parts.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded within 7 days after approval. LeadTurbo pays the return shipping costs and provides return instructions before the product is sent back. Exchanges are not offered.
