Choose turbine housings by flange, A/R, actuator layout and heat-side condition.
A turbine housing is commonly replaced when cracking, erosion, stripped threads, flange damage or wastegate wear makes the hot side unsuitable for reuse. The outside shape alone is not enough for selection. Buyers need to confirm inlet and outlet flange style, A/R or casting reference, wastegate or VNT layout, actuator bracket position, sensor ports and the turbine wheel clearance required by the matching rotating group.
For wholesale sourcing, compare the damaged housing with photos of the replacement from multiple angles before quoting volume. Heavy-duty, passenger car and industrial turbo applications often have small casting differences that affect assembly or installation.
