Choose compressor wheels by dimensions, blade design and material requirement.

A compressor wheel replacement is selected when the original wheel has blade damage, bore wear, impact marks or imbalance risk. The right part is controlled by inducer and exducer diameter, bore size, back height, blade count, nose style, rotation direction and compatibility with the compressor cover and back plate. Material also matters: many rebuilds use aluminum, while selected high-temperature or performance applications may need stainless steel or titanium options.

For wholesale buyers, avoid relying on the category name alone. Send the turbo model, wheel measurements and clear photos of the front, back and bore. If the compressor cover or CHRA is also being replaced, confirm those parts together so the rotating group can be balanced and assembled without rework.
